You may return most new, unopened items sold by YellowBee.my within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (terms & conditions applied). Follow instructions for your defective items as hereafter.
Unopened and return within 7 days of delivery. If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
1) Unopened and return after 7 days delivery. Basically we will refund 80% of the price sold and it is subject to change depends on each item. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in the condition it was received. Return shipping costs will be charged accordingly.
2) Refund for Order(s)/Parcel(s) Unclaimed then returned to Sender, options could be chosen as follow:
2a - bank-in for Handling Fee RM10.00 + initial Shipping Fee to re-Ship to initial delivery address
2b - refund of Order Amount (exclusive of Shipping Fee) minus 30% Admin.Fee.
3) Refund for Order(s)/Parcel(s) that have not been returned to Sender either by Shipping Company or/and Receiver would not be entitled to refund, until such returned to Sender has been initiated and duly received by Sender.
4) Refund for any others non-listed above reasons would be dealt at our own discretion with as follow:
4a - Order Amount (exclusive of Shipping Fee) minus 40% Admin. Fee
YellowBee.my does not accept returns of the following items: Items that labelled "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page. Any products that has obvious signs of use. Items purchased from sellers other thanYellowBee.my You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you have returned the goods to the return shipper. However, most of the time you will receive the refund in a shorter time period. This time period includes the transit time from the return shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time to process your goods returned once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time to process the refund (2 - 3 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail about your request to refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
